Cut the watermelon into small chunks, making sure it’s seedless so that you end up with a smoother smoothie. Rinse the Kiwis. Peel the kiwis and chop them into smaller pieces for easier blending. Note: Be sure to not use more kiwi’s as instructed, or the smoothie could result in a more bitter taste!

In a blender, combine the seedless HarvesTime watermelon, kiwi, non-fat vanilla yogurt, and ice. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add some water or a little more yogurt to adjust the consistency.

Watermelon Kiwi Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 C seedless HarvesTime watermelon chunks

  • 2 kiwis (peeled and chopped)

  • 2 C non-fat vanilla yogurt

  • 1 cup ice

  • Sprigs of fresh mint for garnish

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
